Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Missouri Does Health Insurance Transfer Over From State To State With Blue Cross/Blue Shield?

Does Health Insurance Transfer over from State to State with Blue Cross/Blue Shield? - blue cross blue shield of missouri

I am currently a member of the Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Missouri, and I want to move to California. Maternity insurance for my wife to begin in May, I wonder if we should wait a year, with the Basel Committee of California for the non-maternity insurance?

Also, look at my father-in-law was with the Basel Committee for almost 35 years, which has some pre-existing conditions, where a change of residence in California could, as only a "transfer, or go back, you must apply for and obtain a faster than a new customer? currently pays 2000 $ a month for themselves. If you again, I am sure that this is not less than $ 4000.

Help please

No, the policy will not be transferred from one state to another. This is because the law setting guidelines, which will be paid and which are not paid - and a plan in MO is not even in CA.

The good news is, with the portability of insurance, if you do not fall behind in range, then you probably will not wait for the pilot of motherhood when you move.

The bad news, the IDF much trouble to have someone to take on a voluntary basis, if you move. I repeat, depending on age and it is very likely that you will reject it flat. With luck, you can wait until you are eligible for Medicare eligible that would solve the problem.

When my company transferred me to California to Idaho - had the opportunity to continue the same coverage. If you have the opportunity I've had very good and is much cheaper than I was treated in California and was able to transfer my Kaiser health insurance - I was in Oregon and Washington. You can refer the matter if you have the chance. My daughter uses Kaiser as insurance and she was pregnant - not even the Emperor believes that "pre-existing condition".

Unfortunately, the benefits are not transferred. You should consider obtaining a new policy. You can create a site that several companies are trying to get at one time in comparison with the best price. I am paid less than half for me.
