Cruises From New Orleans Do I Need A Passport To Travel From New Orleans La To Mexico By Cruise Ship?

Do I need a passport to travel from New Orleans La to Mexico by cruise ship? - cruises from new orleans

If you do not need a passport. All cruise lines now require that you have a passport. I just re-registar of a cruise in 2 weeks and my friend with her that I need my passport number. Arrival at the spot where the ship is out of them will ask you to show your passport. No matter where you go sailing.

I worked with someone on a cruise around a few months before me and told me to reach the ship sailed, there were people who had no passport. These people could not even board the ship, because they have their passports.

Sara is almost right, has set the date several times because the information was last published and is now in mid-2009. However, if you have to fly back for some reason in the United States, you will need a passport for entry.

You do not need a passport to the Caribbean, currently on a cruise. But if you really be sure before you buy your tickets call, the agent of the ship cruise line. These are the people in the port that the ship will leave. You can book your cruise line or the number on-line U.S. Customs in the Port of New Orleans.

Sorry, but all I has been wrong, but "John". Passports are not required for travel to Mexico and the region can certainly Caibbean and from the ship. After the summer of 2009, passports are required. See the website below to read the latest news from the U.S. State Department ... the best source of information possible. You can also talk to your cruise line. Now, some cruise lines and their passengers, a passport must be presented so that they provide to their policies. However, the law requires that you have a photo and proof of citizenship ... either a passport or birth certificate for travel to and from and to Mexico and the Caribbean. "Sara," a website quoted the cruise line as a source of information ... and that source is out of date ... Request dates have been set back after its publication. State Dept. web site provides current information.

No, you need a passport to go to Mexico by ship, while U stay on the boat, but maybe you can take, if anything, I mean, a piece of Identity.
If you need a passport or if they try to travel to Mexico by car is when you have to bear, and as proof of residence.
I hope this helps you

Do not tell me when you're traveling and that is much counts. You should call the cruise line and confirm the rules, it will make your travel dates.

In response to the call for the other points to (the date was originally January 2008) passports for all travel has changed at least once and may change again - but you can not count.

However, you should get a passport, and remove the questions and concerns.
